About Joseph Saganski

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business management and administration, Joseph Saganski is an experienced operations management executive who held his first leadership role as plant superintendent at Plyfoam Products. Joseph Saganski served in this capacity from 1990 to 1997, overseeing sales and manufacturing activities and increasing sales of its OEM urethane foam seating components from $300,000 to $1.5 million. He also facilitated average cost savings of $30,000 per year.

Joseph Saganski subsequently served 3 years as plant manager at EPW/RIM, where he managed the production cycle of reaction injection molding custom molded urethane products, accounting for $12 million in annual sales. He then held similar roles at LEER Truck Caps and Ameriform.

In his most recent role as plant manager at Swan Products, Joseph Saganski oversaw the work of 250 employees tasked with producing extruded vinyl products. In addition to manufacturing responsibilities, he performed accounting, maintenance, and shipping and receiving oversight. Moreover, he managed a $12 million site expansion at the company's manufacturing plant in Waco, Texas.
